About Noods
A cookbook for the 21st century — built by people who love to cook.
What is Noods?
Noods is a home for every recipe you've collected — the ones scribbled on index cards, bookmarked from food blogs, screenshotted from your aunt's text messages, and rescued from the back of a flour-dusted cookbook. Save them, cook from them, and share them without wading through ads, life stories, or a dozen pop-ups.
Why we built it
Recipe sites have gotten worse. Every page is a 3,000-word essay guarded by newsletter prompts, auto-playing video, and a tracking script for every bite you've ever taken. We wanted somewhere to keep the recipes we actually cook — calm, fast, and built for the kitchen, not the ad network.
So we built Noods: paste a URL or snap a photo, get a clean recipe, scale it to the crowd you're feeding, and cook. That's it.
What we believe
- Your recipes are yours. Export them, share them, or delete them — whenever you want.
- No ads. No tracking for ads. We don't sell your data and we never will. If the lights stay on, it's because of people who chose to subscribe.
- Cooking should be calm. No pop-ups, no video unmuting itself, no hunting for the ingredient list.
- Built for phones too. Most of us cook with a phone on the counter. Noods is designed for sticky thumbs and sideways glances.
Who's behind it
Noods is a small team of engineers, designers, and enthusiastic home cooks. We build what we want to use ourselves, ship fast, and listen hard when people tell us something's off.
If you've got feedback, a wacky idea, or a recipe you swear by — we'd love to hear about it. Drop us a line at [email protected] or come say hi on X or Instagram.
Ready to cook?
Noods is free to start — no credit card, no trial timer. Make a free account and import your first recipe in under a minute. If you want to know more about how it works, check out the help center.
